La part des personnes qui d\u00e9clarent acheter en ligne plus fr\u00e9quemment est plus importante chez les femmes (43 %) que chez les hommes (38 %). Les 26-35 ans sont ceux qui ont le plus chang\u00e9 leurs habitudes (54 %). Un autre chiffre \u00e0 souligner : 43 % des acheteurs fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9clarent acheter plus fr\u00e9quemment chez Amazon par rapport \u00e0 avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<h2>Les acheteurs fran\u00e7ais privil\u00e9gient la mode, la beaut\u00e9\/sant\u00e9 et les loisirs<\/h2>\n<p>Au cours des premiers mois de la pand\u00e9mie, beaucoup de statistiques sont apparues sur les cat\u00e9gories de produits qui avaient le plus profit\u00e9 ou p\u00e2ti de la crise. Mais il est important de garder en t\u00eate les poids respectifs de ces cat\u00e9gories en valeur, en volume, et en p\u00e9n\u00e9tration e-commerce. La mode (V\u00eatements\/Chaussures\/Accessoires) est, en France, la cat\u00e9gorie avec la plus grande p\u00e9n\u00e9tration e-commerce, suivie par la beaut\u00e9\/sant\u00e9 et les jouets\/jeux\/loisirs.<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-105097 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rithum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/e-commerce-comportements-francais-2021-produits-664x270-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"664\" height=\"270\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Les produits pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s des acheteurs fran\u00e7ais varient selon l\u2019\u00e2ge et le genre<\/h2>\n<p>Selon l\u2019\u00e2ge et le genre des r\u00e9pondants, on constate de forts \u00e9carts sur les attitudes d\u2019achats concernant les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories. Les 18-25 vont privil\u00e9gier l\u2019\u00e9lectronique\/photo, les fournitures de bureau et l\u2019auto\/moto\/bateau, tandis que les 65 ans et + vont porter leur int\u00e9r\u00eat sur des produits dans le domaine du bricolage, jardinage, \u00e9picerie, jouets\/loisirs. C\u00f4t\u00e9 genre, les hommes vont plut\u00f4t acheter des produits provenant des secteurs suivants : \u00e9lectronique\/photo, auto\/moto\/bateau, bricolage\/jardinage. Les femmes d\u00e9penseront plus dans la sant\u00e9\/beaut\u00e9, les bijoux\/montres mais aussi dans la mode.<\/p>\n<h2>Les canaux de d\u00e9couverte des Fran\u00e7ais : bouche \u00e0 oreille, marketplaces\u2026<\/h2>\n<p>Il faut aussi se poser les bonnes questions : o\u00f9 les clients d\u00e9couvrent-ils les produits qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent ? O\u00f9 faut-il \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent pour ne pas rater le coche ? Avec 37 % de personnes affirmant avoir d\u00e9couvert des produits par le bouche-\u00e0-oreille (40 % chez les femmes), la France est 5 points au-dessus de la moyenne des autres pays (32 %).<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les publicit\u00e9s sur ces r\u00e9seaux sont les principaux canaux de d\u00e9couverte pour les 18-25 ans (54 % et 44 % respectivement). Les seniors (65+) sont en dessous de la moyenne sur tous les canaux, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des r\u00e9ponses \u201cEn parcourant des marketplaces\u201d et \u201cEn parcourant des sites de marque ou des sites marchands\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-105111\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rithum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/e-commerce-comportements-francais-2021-canaux-decouvertes-664x293-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des acheteurs recherchent leurs produits sur Amazon<\/h2>\n<p>Les acheteurs fran\u00e7ais sont plus nombreux \u00e0 rechercher d\u2019abord leurs produits sur Amazon (47 %) que sur les moteurs de recherche (28 %). On constate une forte pr\u00e9valence d\u2019Amazon comme premi\u00e8re destination d\u2019achat. C\u2019est une tendance qui cro\u00eet depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es : beaucoup d\u2019acheteurs utilisent le moteur de recherche d\u2019Amazon directement, sans passer par un moteur de recherche classique.
